Structural & Piping Materials for Biomass Processing Plants

This diagram illustrates a heavy-duty biomass handling and pneumatic ducting plant. While we do not supply the plant machinery, we specialize in providing all the core piping, plate, and structural steel components required to fabricate and build this entire framework:

  • Carbon Steel Pipes: Heavy-wall, high-durability piping for high-volume air, gas, and process transport.

  • Ship Plates: High-tensile steel plates used for fabricating ductwork, hoppers, cyclones, and heavy enclosures.

  • Structural Steel (UNP & IWF): Channel steel (UNP) and wide flange beams (IWF) for heavy support framing, platforms, and elevated pipe racks.

  • Flow Control & Accessories: Industrial butterfly valves, flexible joints, and Y-strainers to complete the line.

Chilled Water Piping Loop & Skid Component Breakdown

This diagram illustrates a typical chilled water circulation skid. While we do not manufacture or supply the pumps or chiller units, we provide all the essential piping infrastructure required to build this setup:

  • High-Durability Piping: Carbon steel and stainless steel pipes cut and sized for supply/return headers.

  • Isolation Valves: Manual butterfly valves (green handwheels) for flow control and system maintenance.

  • Flexible Expansion Joints: Metal braided flexible connectors installed at pump connections to absorb vibration and noise.

  • Y-Strainers & Check Valves: Protection fittings to catch debris and prevent backflow through the pumps.
